1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings made with Himalayan Kings Tour and Travels are considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or agreed-upon deposit and issuance of a booking confirmation voucher.
2. Payment Policy:
   • Full payment is required to confirm bookings unless otherwise stated in writing by Himalayan Kings Tour and Travels.
   • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or any other method agreed upon by both parties.
   • Any additional charges incurred during the tour must be settled prior to departure or as per the agreement.
3. Cancellation Policy:
   • Cancellations made by clients are subject to the following charges:
     • More than 30 days prior to departure: 10% of the total tour cost.
     • 15-30 days prior to departure: 25% of the total tour cost.
     • 7-14 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
     • Less than 7 days prior to departure or no-show: No refund.
   • Himalayan Kings Tour and Travels reserves the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative tour dates will be offered to the client.
4. Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they possess valid travel documents such as passports, visas, permits, and vaccinations required for the destination(s) they intend to visit. Himalayan Kings Tour and Travels will not be liable for any consequences resulting from inadequate travel documentation.
5. Health and Safety:
   • Clients must adhere to all health and safety regulations and instructions provided by Himalayan Kings Tour and Travels and its representatives during the tour.
   • Clients are advised to purchase travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen events.
6. Itinerary Changes: Himalayan Kings Tour and Travels reserves the right to alter tour itineraries, accommodation, and transportation arrangements due to factors beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, and political unrest.
7. Liability:
   • Himalayan Kings Tour and Travels acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers such as hotels, airlines, and tour operators. We shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience caused by these service providers.
   • Clients participate in tours and activities at their own risk. Himalayan Kings Tour and Travels shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the tour.
8. Complaints: Any complaints regarding the tour services provided by Himalayan Kings Tour and Travels must be reported to our representatives immediately to allow us the opportunity to address the issue promptly.
9. Force Majeure: Himalayan Kings Tour and Travels shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, and government regulations.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jammu and Kashmir, India.
